New tenants please make sure to turn in your Move-In Checklist within 48 hours of the beginning of your lease. Failure to supply the Move -In Checklist to us via email, fax, mail, or hand delivery within the 48 hour period will result in tenant(s) being held responsible for any damages found. Please ensure that you state clearly your name, a good contact number, the property address, and the nature of your emergency when leaving a voice message.
